It was created within the framework of a «Distance» complex theme developed in the MAI on the NII AS DPLA (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Research Institute) Technical Order. The Elf-D was intended for the estimation of an operation opportunity (including «aircraft-type» taking-off and landing — with takeoff ground run and landing run) for the aircraft of similar dimension with using television systems. The original monitor panel of the ground pilot — operator was developed and carried out. The tests were carried out. Two samples of the aircraft were constructed.
